APSik

A schedule for the whole plant in seconds. The planner has the final say.

APSik sequences work orders across your machines, accounting for shifts, changeovers, moulds, people and material. The planner sees why the plan looks the way it does, adjusts it and approves it.

An injection-moulding plan: 123 orders on 14 machines. Late orders are shown in red.

What APSik looks like

Operation detail: machine, mould, setter, granulate used and time to spare before the due date.

The order queue: sequence, machines, start, end and due date.

A scenario after optimization: 85 hours less lateness, 2 fewer late orders and 7 hours less changeover.

What the plan accounts for

Calendars
Shifts, holidays and maintenance. Outside a shift, work stops.
Alternative machines
An order can run on several machines, each with its own cycle time.
Sequence-dependent changeovers
Switching from a light colour to a dark one takes less time than the other way round. A mould can be swapped before the part arrives from the previous operation.
Moulds, tools and people
Limited resources with their own shifts, e.g. a setter on the first shift only.
Material
Stock, deliveries, drying or curing time, shelf life.
Product structure
Sub-assemblies, assembly and links between orders.
Speed
10,000 operations in about a second. On-demand optimization looks for a better sequence, and the plan changes only once you accept it.

For plants

For mid-size plants that run an ERP or MES and still build the plan in Excel.

  • You upload an ERP export: orders, routings, machines, stock.
  • You get a plan for the whole plant and a list of orders at risk of running late.
  • What-if scenarios: a breakdown, a rush order, an extra shift, compared with the current plan.
  • An AI assistant helps with setup and explains the plan.

For MES and ERP vendors

A scheduling module under your brand.

  • White-label or OEM: your logo, your customer.
  • API integration: data goes in as JSON, the plan goes back to your system.
  • The same data always gives the same plan.
  • Installed at the customer's site or in a dedicated cloud.

A demo on a plant like yours

  • CNC machining
  • Injection moulding
  • Sheet metal
  • PU moulding
  • Pharma, solid dose
  • FMCG, beverage filling

How we start

  1. 1 A demo on a plant like yours, online or on site.
  2. 2 An export from your ERP, from which APSik builds a model of your plant.
  3. 3 A plan of your plant next to the current one: we compare due dates and changeovers.
